  - Flexible: A full refund is available upon cancellation before the service begins.

  - Strict: A 50% refund is available if cancelled later than 12:00pm one week before the service begins. 12:00pm is determined by the Airpal's time zone.

- Payment Information
  Payments for myAirpal bookings will be available for withdrawal 2 days after you successfully complete a service.Funds are released immediately on the same day once PayPal processes the transaction. No fees. First transaction may be delayed for initial setup.
